By ordering a product you verify that you accept all conditions of our shipping policy.

Free delivery to all regions of Armenia and Artsakh!

1. We also ship to USA, Russia and EEU countries. Shipping is chargeable - is calculated by country and address.

2. After you place the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation for accepting your offer. If necessary, our operator will contact you to specify the address or the data.

3. On the territory of Yerevan orders  will be delivered within 1-2 days, and 5-7 days to the regions of Armenia.

4. You  can cancel your order before we send your item and all amount of money will be returned to you.

Payment methods

• For payment you can choose one of the following options; ex. Cash (to the courier,On the territory of Armenia),
• pay by  card on  delivery time / only in Yerevan /
• Online payement -Credit card.

FREE RETURN

1. Return or replacement of the item are free (On the territory of Armenia).

2. If you are not satisfied with your order you received, you can return or replace it at Griboyedov 25/5 according to our conditions within 14 days and we refund the whole sum to you.

3. Self-return by postal service (from abroad only, in this case the cost of return shipping of the product is paid by the buyer). 

4. Items you bought in Roberto Piraloff stores cannot be returned or replaced by courier.

5. Items you return or replace shall be new, unworn, not damaged, not soiled, new with tags and labels and be accompanied by the packing slip   from   the original shipment. 

6. The refund will be provided to your account within 14 days after receiving your returned items. We will notify you about making the refund.
