The promotional lottery called "Promotional Lottery" (hereinafter referred to as the Lottery) is conducted by "Piraloff" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company), through which the products sold in "Roberto Piraloff" stores will be advertised with the aim of increasing the company's sales. The Lottery provides an opportunity for its participants to win a prize—a car (the description of the cars is mentioned on the Company's official website) upon fulfilling the following conditions.

These rules represent a public offer in the sense of Articles 451 and 453, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia. In accordance with these rules, registering as a participant in the lottery is considered an acceptance of the offer. By registering for the Lottery, the participant (the buyer) grants permission to retain, process, and use their personal data throughout the entire duration of the Lottery. The validity period of this offer coincides with the duration of the Lottery. The Lottery can be terminated at any time by the Company, provided that the lottery is conducted in accordance with these rules with the tickets already issued.

TERMS FOR CONDUCTING THE PROMOTIONAL LOTTERY AND PARTICIPATING IN IT

1. To participate in the Lottery, purchases must be made at any of the 11 stores located in Yerevan from December 22, 2021, with each single purchase totaling at least 30,000 AMD. A receipt is issued for the purchase, which the buyer must retain. After the purchase, if the buyer expresses a desire, they are given a lottery ticket (the sample of the Lottery ticket is published by the Company), which has 4 opportunities to participate in the Lottery (parts corresponding to the respective dates are detached from the ticket, which will be referred to as the Lottery ticket). In the event of the termination of the Lottery by the Company (or the competent authority), modifications will be made to the lottery tickets issued after such a decision, allowing buyers to participate in 3, 2, or 1 draws, depending on the number of draws scheduled after the purchase. Information about such a decision and the number of subsequent draws and other details will be published on the Company's website (the website address is indicated on the lottery tickets).

2. A lottery ticket can also be issued for online purchases made on the Company’s official website, at the buyer’s discretion. In this case, the buyer must submit the lottery tickets according to these rules in the Company's stores located in Yerevan, and the 4th ticket must be submitted in the box located at the store at Leningradyan 50, Yerevan, providing the opportunity to participate in the Lottery.

3. Lottery tickets, with the respective lottery indicated on them, can be issued up to 15 days before the lottery takes place, meaning that only tickets submitted up to 15 days before the lottery will be eligible for that specific draw.

4. The issuance of Lottery tickets with the relevant lottery mentioned on them is stopped 15 days before each draw. Instead, tickets with markings for the 4 subsequent lotteries are issued. Tickets submitted less than 14 days before the draw will be invalid and will not be eligible for participation, regardless of any delays in ticket submission by the buyer.

5. Lottery tickets are issued at the request of the buyer. For every purchase of 30,000 AMD or more, only one Lottery ticket is issued per receipt. The buyer must retain the receipt in a readable and complete condition.

6. The buyer must indicate the date of purchase, their phone number, and the receipt number on each Lottery ticket. The buyer can choose to participate in all or some of the Lottery rounds. The buyer must present the original receipt at the draw.

7. The buyer must submit 3 out of the 4 Lottery tickets in the respective boxes at the store. The 4th ticket can only be submitted in the box at the store located at Leningradyan 50, Yerevan. The submission of the tickets must be done by the buyer personally (the Company has no obligation in this regard).

8. Each box will indicate the dates of the draw for the Lottery tickets submitted in it. Lottery tickets must be submitted in the box corresponding to the date marked on the ticket. Any Lottery tickets submitted in the wrong box will be invalid and cannot participate in the draw. If such a ticket is drawn during the lottery, it will not result in any consequences, and the draw will continue until the required number of valid Lottery tickets is drawn. The Company has no obligation concerning the submission of the Lottery tickets.

9. Each buyer can submit an unlimited number of Lottery tickets by making a corresponding number of purchases (each purchase being at least 30,000 AMD), thereby increasing the chances of winning.

10. If the price of a single purchase exceeds 30,000 AMD, only one Lottery ticket will be issued regardless of the amount. However, if a single purchase exceeds 100,000 AMD, the buyer can opt to participate directly in the second round of the nearest lottery, bypassing the first round.

11. The details on the Lottery ticket must be filled in by the buyer, who is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

12. If the purchased item(s) are returned, the buyer loses the right to participate in the Lottery. The corresponding Lottery ticket and any associated tickets will be invalid and cannot be used to participate in the Lottery.

13. If the purchased item is exchanged, the buyer's right to participate in the Lottery remains, based on the new receipt, provided that the price does not drop below the minimum purchase amount (at least 30,000 AMD). In this case, the buyer must return the receipt associated with the previous purchase, and any tickets submitted based on that receipt will be invalid. It will not be possible to participate in the Lottery with invalid tickets. The buyer receives a new Lottery ticket based on the new receipt.

14. The right to participate in the Lottery arises after the Lottery tickets are submitted in the respective boxes according to these rules.

15. The year, month, and date of the first round of each Lottery are indicated on the Lottery tickets and the boxes intended for Lottery tickets.

16. The first round of the Lottery is conducted online on the Company’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. For this purpose, the boxes containing the Lottery tickets from all Company stores (only the box at the store located at Leningradyan 50, Yerevan, is involved) are opened by the lottery host or a person involved by the host, and the Lottery tickets are placed in a rotating drum. The host or the involved person then mixes the Lottery tickets by rotating the drum and starts drawing one Lottery ticket at a time. The drawn Lottery tickets are considered winners of the first round, and participants with the corresponding receipts are eligible to participate in the next round, except for tickets deemed invalid according to these rules.

17. A total of 50 Lottery tickets are drawn during each online first-round draw. The drawn Lottery ticket receipt numbers and the last 4 digits of the phone number are published by the Company. Participants eligible for the second round must appear at the specified time and place (Griboyedov 25/5, Yerevan, or another location determined by the Company) to participate in the next round. The year, month, date, and time of the second round are also posted on the Company’s official website.

18. Participants in the second round include those who have valid Lottery tickets drawn during the first round and those who made a single purchase of 100,000 AMD or more and opted to participate directly in the second round.

19. To participate in the second round, participants with valid Lottery tickets from the first round must personally appear at the location and time specified by the Company. Participants will be identified by their receipt numbers and must have an ID document. The participant's information will be recorded in the Lottery participant registry by a Company employee.

20. Participants arriving late (regardless of the duration) or without an ID document cannot participate in the second round due to non-compliance with these rules.

21. Participants in the second round receive their corresponding Lottery tickets from the Company representative, then personally place the tickets into the rotating drum. Participants cannot participate in this round without the original receipt or with a damaged or unreadable receipt, and such tickets will be deemed invalid.

22. During the draw, all the Lottery tickets are mixed, and a randomly selected person from the audience is invited to draw one Lottery ticket from the drum.

23. The participant who presents the receipt with the number indicated on the drawn Lottery ticket is considered the winner of the second round.

24. The winner of the second round wins the car designated for that day's draw.

25. By joining this Lottery, participants acknowledge that they are aware of these rules and the characteristics of the cars being drawn. The winner of the car will be considered the buyer of the car, and the Company will be responsible for paying the car's purchase price.

Hereby, "Piralayan" LLC announces that the promotional lottery conducted by the Company since 2021 is being discontinued, with the final draw taking place on March 1, 2025.
At the same time, it is announced that the Company will organize a new promotional lottery, the terms of which will be published later.
